Innovation Project Leaders (IPL) : This course is about innovation in the public / non-profit sector. Student teams will work together to solve problems that matter to Commanders and other leaders. This course teaches students how to translate what works in the commercial sector into quantifiable results in agencies like the Department of Defense. The course is taught in two formats: 1) 8 week self-paced cohorts and 2) Virtual, instructor led cohorts with 4 week, 8 week and 15 week options. Both formats are delivered in partnership with North Carolina State University.   Graduates receive a co-branded digital credential from BMNT and NC State.
